TICE was founded in 2016 with a clear, deliberate focus: solve the most demanding database performance and stability problems that other vendors couldn't — or wouldn't — tackle. That depth of specialisation built a reputation fast.
From that foundation, client needs pulled us naturally into adjacent disciplines. Organisations that trusted us with their databases started asking us to manage the servers those databases ran on, the networks those servers connected to, the cloud environments where they scaled, and the business-intelligence layers where the data eventually lived. Service by service, we built a complete ecosystem — not by acquisition or opportunism, but because each expansion was driven by genuine client demand and backed by certified expertise before we ever offered it commercially.
Today our portfolio spans database administration, cloud migration and hosting, network architecture, Business Intelligence, software licensing governance, and technical training — all delivered under a single SLA guarantee and a single point of accountability. Founded with database focus
TICE launched in Ceará with a core team of database engineers, offering performance tuning, backup strategy and high-availability architecture for enterprise clients.
Infrastructure & cloud practice opened
Growing client demand led us to formally expand into server virtualisation, network design and cloud hosting — initially on AWS, later extending to Azure environments.
Business Intelligence division launched
We built a dedicated BI team to translate the mountains of operational data our infrastructure clients were generating into actionable dashboards and predictive models.
